Ordered 2 X Coffees, waited 30minutes. Got to car and headed on our 1 hr drive home.. only to find we were given hot chocolate instead. Could not get through to anyone at restaurant. Would have been better stopping at McDonald's.

Only bought their roasted macadamias & dark chocolate ($8.9) and signature hot chocolate, dark choco savings. Both were quite nice. Products displayed were quite dusty. For a fancy cafe like this, they should not let their products displayed with dust though. The friendly lady served me grabbed my order from the display.The prices are quite pricey for most of beverages, well I guess it must be really nice though. I will be back to try their signature hot chocolate and hopefully it's worth for money.

Stopped in to have a quick coffee. I rarely go up to Eaton as it's quite a distance from my home region. San Churro was worth the trip though, with a visually pleasing display and elegantly presented store serving very good coffee. My dining guests are some delicious snacks and had I not been a GF person, would have also enjoyed the scrumptious looking food on offer. Worth a visit if you are up at Eaton Fair.

Very hit or miss this place. Sometimes the staff is friendly or really rude. Service can be quick but typically pretty slow. The food and drinks are relatively good just a shame about the service.

I always stop here on a trip south. Incredible flavour combos, my favourite so far is honeycomb and dukkah. If you plan one chocolate stop - make this it!

I go to a lot of restaurants and venues and I only came here because my friends enjoy San Churros.But I have to say, a female employee named Jacinta gave the best customer service I’ve had in 10 years!She was very polite, with a friendly and welcoming smile, and it’s her customer service that won me over today and I will definitely be back in future! Thankyou Jacinta !

Terrible service. I Ordered small cup of ice cream for my daughter today, for the life of me I couldn't understand why it took 30 minutes for them to serve the ice cream, they could have just serve it the moment we paid for it. The place was not even busy. Ridiculous! Would never go back there.
