Stopped in to have a quick coffee. I rarely go up to Eaton as it's quite a distance from my home region. San Churro was worth the trip though, with a visually pleasing display and elegantly presented store serving very good coffee. My dining guests are some delicious snacks and had I not been a GF person, would have also enjoyed the scrumptious looking food on offer. Worth a visit if you are up at Eaton Fair.

Very hit or miss this place. Sometimes the staff is friendly or really rude. Service can be quick but typically pretty slow. The food and drinks are relatively good just a shame about the service.

Terrible service. I Ordered small cup of ice cream for my daughter today, for the life of me I couldn't understand why it took 30 minutes for them to serve the ice cream, they could have just serve it the moment we paid for it. The place was not even busy. Ridiculous! Would never go back there.

3 days later, still having wet dreams about the white mocha and hot chocolate. The cups are out of this world, it felt like a angel was kissing me once the cup touched my lips, so good that myself and my girlfriend bought mugs so we can relive this fantastic memory.We will start of with the white mocha, OMG,I've had hundreds of white mocha's all over the world and this has been one of the best, I'd sell my house if I had one so I can live in the place and sip one all day long.The table had a few crumbs on it, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there which reflects on the management, always. I'd suggest giving them a white mocha and all lifes problems will be solved.

We went to San churros for a treat after dinner , not long after we ordered the lady who was making the coffees ran to the door and took down the “ open “ sign down and told us that we had to be out of the cafe by 9:20 pm due to being short staffed even though their were 4 staff members behind the counter and only 3 tables of people!! Our drinks took 20 mins to come out and had to rush to drink them and at this point we hadn't received the cake we had ordered and had to get that in a take away container. Highly recommend your coffee and food but customer service needs improving please note this was one 1 of the staff members. She did not want to be at work.
